• Project Name: Newton County Law Enforcement Center

This Design-Build project for Newton County included adding two additions to the current Law Enforcement Center as well as renovating existing space. The expansion encompassed 10,000 sf including detention center. 7,000 sf of administrative space and 3,000 sf of training space were also added. The additions included new space for the Sherriff’s Office and the Jail staff inclusive of new offices, sheriff’s garage, evidence room, training room, breakroom, and restrooms. Site improvements include expansion of West Parking Lot to allow for additional parking.
