The Brookhaven City Hall project is an iconic building in the heart of Brookhaven.  It includes underground parking and three levels above ground using concrete and heavy timber construction.  The interior spaces include council chambers, city offices and a grand atrium.  The exterior spaces include courtyard, plaza and rooftop terrace.  The project requires extensive coordination with utility companies and MARTA.
