• Project Name: Concourse E – Central Utility Plant

Barnsley and its JV partners, Central Plant Builders, was selected to replace Chillers, Boilers, and Cooling Towers on Concourse E. Logistics, scheduling, and coordination have played a large role in the project with equipment and materials having to be conveyed by Crane via a hatch at the Apron Level that is 60′ above the Central Plant. This work was coordinated at night in tight time frames to remove the hatch and lower large Chillers, materials such as concrete and rebar, and electrical switchgear.
