• Project Name: GTRI 4th Floor Renovation

This project, located at the Centergy Building in Atlanta Georgia, included combing two suites, remodeling, and creating research labs within the fourth-floor space.   The scope included demolition of the existing partition walls, new drywall partitions, interior finishes, sound attenuation panel, modifications to the HVAC systems and electrical distribution. The scope also included a complete renovation of the lobby and new two new conference rooms.
